It's intense going through so much all at once. I've been there and I get it (I did my fair share of ugly crying too).
My approach is built on over seventeen year of experience
and education so you can be confident that you'll feel safe, seen, and supported.
What we work on
Our sessions are more than just bump friendly.
We'll do more than just modify your usual workout. We specifically train for what you're experiencing: increased core and pelvic floor demand, joint instability, fatigue, postpartum recovery, and the long-haul strength required from pregnancy through motherhood.
Every movement is intentionally chosen, rooted in research and tailored to the phase you’re in. So you feel your best throughout
and recover with more ease.

Targeted strategies help you recruit and coordinate your deep core and pelvic floor. You'll improve stability, pressure management, and long-term recovery.
Breath & Meditaion
Breathwork and meditation will improve your core function, nervous system regulation, and support your labor readiness.
Postural Alignment
Optimize alignment as you experience major postural shifts. So you can move and breathe with more comfort and efficiency.
Restorative Yoga
Structured rest practices will downshift the nervous system and offer much needed moments of deep relaxation.
