My mission is to help you move through this phase with strength and intention, while keeping your sense of self.
It's intense going through so much all at once. I've been there and I get it (I did my fair share of ugly crying too).
My approach is built on well over seventeen years of experience and education so you can be confident that you'll feel safe, seen, and supported.

What we work on
Our sessions are more than just bump friendly. They're pre & postnatal specific.
We'll do more than just modify your usual workout. We specifically train for what you're experiencing: increased core and pelvic floor demand, joint instability, fatigue, and the long-haul strength required from birth through motherhood.
Every movement is intentionally chosen, rooted in research and tailored to the phase you’re in. So you feel your best throughout
and recover with more ease.

An integrative and whole person approach
Functional Strength
Focus on movement patterns you use every day, like squatting, lifting, and carrying. So your strength supports the physical load of pregnancy, parenting, and beyond.
Mobility
Dynamic and targeted mobility work will keep your joints happy, and create more space and ease during birth.
Deep Core
Targeted strategies help you recruit and coordinate your deep core and pelvic floor. You'll improve stability, pressure management, and long-term recovery.
Breath & Meditaion
Breathwork and meditation will improve your core function, nervous system regulation, and support your labor readiness.
Postural Alignment
Optimize alignment as you experience major postural shifts. So you can move and breathe with more comfort and efficiency.
Restorative Yoga
Structured rest practices will downshift the nervous system and offer much needed moments of deep relaxation.
