I’ve been on a mission to create more nourishing and accessible fitness spaces since 2009.

My path has been a winding one but movement has always been the through line. I trained as a contemporary dancer and found my way into fitness and yoga while performing professionally. After many years of teaching I built a lovely online class community. And I continue to mentor new teachers in the foundations of movement science. Along the way I earned a master’s degree in applied exercise physiology and picked up quite a few certifications (peek them here).
But pregnancy was a true turning point for me, personally and professionally.
Like many new moms, I found all the changes wild. The late-night googling relentless. And had plenty of WTF moments.
That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for kind of physical and emotional support women need during this time. And studying perinatal exercise made me realize how much I love working with this community.
After a long career working with a huge range of clientele, I felt pulled to focus in on pre & postnatal exercise.
I help women prepare for, and recover from this journey. And connect to their strength as they take on motherhood. I offer training that’s intelligent, adaptable, and grounding, so you feel confident and resilient in every stage.
